Ghost Meringues - MITRPHOL

Make this scary Ghost Meringue recipe with your family using #MITRPHOL sugar!
Ingredients:
–2 egg whites
–75 grams of #MITRPHOL sugar
-10 grams of icing sugar 1 square of dark chocolate
Preparation:
-Preheat your oven to 100°.
-Beat the egg whites until stiff.
-Once they are frothy, gradually add the sugars until you get a nice shiny meringue.
-Add the meringue in a pastry bag and pipe the future ghosts on a sheet of parchment paper, forming a bead or not.
-Bake for 1h30 minimum. Check the texture, let cool.
-Melt some chocolate, dip the end of a toothpick in it, draw the eyes and the mouth on each merringue. Enjoy!
